Hi ! So this is something I've been working on for the past week or so. After a lot of thought and creative ideas, this is what I've come up with ! Olive oil cake, raspberry-lychee gelee, white chocolate chontilly and edible flowers and mint leaves. I'm so proud of this dish and it can be served three different way which I think is cool and keeps it interesting for dinner service. Hopefully this will be one of my staple desserts ?!!

Would you try it? Let me know !!

Hey hey ! Yesterday I made the most delicious lunch! If this looks good to you here's how to make it!

  • 1 pound of gluten free macaroni
  • 4 or 5 sprigs of oregano, minced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 4 leafs of kale, steamed with salt and pepper!
  • either olive oil or vegan butter as a dressing.

its pretty simple but that's the way I like it! Ahah I also, if you want to have a little more protein, you can make some ground turkey with salt and pepper and avocado. Ok I'm going to finish cleaning up the kitchen, I had a verrryyyy long day testing out some recipes for the restaurant ❤️. Good night !

Juice Cleanse

image.jpg
image.jpg

Hii! Ok so today I started this juice cleanse! So far it's going great! I guess it's hard to tell because I only started today, but I really like the juices I have. The one in the picture is called slim master, it has alkaline water, lemon, cayenne, and stevia. It kinda tastes like lemonade but it's spicy because of the cayenne. This particular juice is supposed to help kidneys, hydration, weight loss, blood sugar, antibacterial, heart, stomach, and energy!! Yay! Sounds good to me hehe! My sister and I just finished working out! We had a really fun time, we went skating and did some hot laps to get cardio in for the day ! Ahah we're actually pretty good at skating so it's a more fun way to get exercise. Now we are headed to help decorate the Rose Parade float!!!! I will totally take lots of pictures ! Talk later!

Almond Cake

Hi babes !

Almond cake is one of the best things ever to exist! It's funny because the first time I made this, I forgot to add the almond extract!  This time i added the extract! ahah ! I didn't even realize that I didn't put it in until it was finished cooking and I was plating it up 😅. My timing for this post was way off! Oops! Better late than never am I right? Anyway,,, This is such a great cake for summer or for winter! I think almonds work all year round! I can't believe its Christmas eve tomorrow! Ugh! I wish December lasted longer, I feel like it just flew by! :*( Do you have any fun plans for Christmas? Even though I forgot to add the extract, it was still absolutely delish ❤️.  Comment your favorite almond dessert and I'll pick one to post a recipe! Sweet dreams!

Vegetable Soup

Good afternoon! Today for lunch I made this really hardy vegetable soup! I just picked out some veggies that sounded tasty. :* To make this, all you have to do is take about 4 or 5 carrots, cut them in circles. Some Italian squash, corn, and onion if you like it. This "recipe" is so simple I just throw everything into the pot with two containers of vegetable stock and let it go on low heat. You can add some salt and pepper,  some garlic powder or onion powder too, for some extra flavor! Getting ready to work in the restaurant in LA tonight. I just made 120+ cookies for ice cream sandwiches with a sweet and salty carmel sauce! I know everyone will love it! I'll post some pics of it later this week. Busy busy but I love it. Talk to you later!

Pink Panther Pitaya

Happy December 1st! So for my one of healthy snacks today, I had this incredible pitaya bowl! What I love most about these are they're  dairy free, so its made with coconut milk. It also has strawberry, banana, and mango! My favorite! Anyway, I have to go get ready! I'm going to the Kings game tonight against Vancouver. I have a feeling we're going to win! There is a USC/UCLA hockey game that starts right after the Kings game ends, really excited for that ! Go Kings Go and Fight On!

Even though I eat really healthy sometimes you just have to enjoy some sweet little treats every now and then. I have so many orders for the restaurant this weekend, so I have to get back in the kitchen. Maybe, tomorrow I'll have a little workout video or some pics to help you start getting your winter bod in shape ;) Talk to you later!

Hi there! I finished the nougat! Once it cooled off overnight, I cut it into these 1 inch by 1 1/2 inch rectangles. Nougat is one of my favorites on the long list of sweets😚. It's definitely too good not to share. This is a perfect thing to make as gifts for Thanksgiving tomorrow or Christmas next month. Anyway, I am so excited to show you all the recipes for Christmas coming up! What's your favorite baking tradition for Christmas? Going to dinner now! Have a great night!
