home time

good morning everyone!

i know its been a whole YEAR since I've posted !! 

we just got back from a trip across the country, and let me say.. it was amazing. i didn't want it to end! i think we went through something like 10 or 15 states! i took a ton of photos that i will post this week. i also had my film camera and definitely have a lot of photos on it and i can't wait to have them developed. right now I'm just planning out what I'm going to do today. since I've been all cooped up from traveling, I'm thinking i will ride my bike to the grocery store, and pick up some ingredients to bake some flaky biscuits. i bought a second cast iron skillet while i was on the road. I'm really excited to keep adding to my kitchen collection. its pretty special to pick up little things while we're traveling, because they have more meaning.

happy december 1st !!! 

can't believe theres only one month left of 2016! last week, we loaded up the horse trailer and took my baby Reoko to a new barn where he can have lots of land to run around on! I'm so happy for him! for years he's been working so hard to train and be the best he can be for shows, now he can just be a horse and finally relax! we were driving up and the weather forecast said it was supposed to rain all day!  when we arrived the rain hadn't started yet so he was able to explore the property and say hey to all his new friends, which was absolutely adorable to watch. after a few hours or so, it started pouring !! the grooms took him inside the barn so he was out of the rain. they brushed him off and gave him some dinner. so after we knew he was all settled in, we decided to get some warm food for ourselves! such an amazing day that i'll never forget.

rainy saturday inspo

good morning guys!

its getting ready to rain here and I'm super excited! how've you been? I've missed you!! i thought i would start out with a few lil rainy saturday inspo pictures from my tumblr. i am going to bake some banana bread this morning, since all the bananas i have went brown in what seems like 5 minutes :,) then later tonight the kings play the blackhawks so that will be a really good game! I've only been to one game this season ...! i can't believe it !! tonight we will be there and I'm sure we are gonna win ! haha ! well, I'm going to run to the grocery store and then get baking!! oh and ill say hi to patrick kane for you guys !! wink wink !!!

Hi everyone!

OMG its been way too long ! I can't believe it! Oops! I've missed you! I'm hoping I'll be here to stay !!  I've been gathering some great content and can't wait for you to see it! Anyway, I received this FabFitFun box in the mail the other day, and I can say I'm in love!

All the products are top of the line and are definitely usable ahah! I'm actually really suprised, because when companies say they have samples they are small, but these are full size! . It makes me feel nice to know the total value of the products in each box - what a steal! 🙌🏼

Wholesale Flower Hunt

How beautiful are these flowers!?  

I'm just so in love with them! Today, my younger sister milahna, really wanted to check out this wholesale flower warehouse. We heard you can get great deals on flowers when you buy wholesale so , why not?! My sister is interested in making flower arrangements, and she's actually quite good! We got so many flowers and have them in vases everywhere! Ahah! Hopefully she'll get enough practice and then she can start selling them! How fun! I've missed talking with you all and am hoping to be back on track ! Much love !

Start The Week Right

Happy Monday!  

Start your week off right with a green smoothie! I love these drinks so much it makes you feel so much better after only one! A lot of people will just put one leaf of kale or spinach in there drink and call it a green drink, but I actually use a good amount because I want to feel a difference in my body, rather than having a sugar rush! Aha! So in my drinks I LOVE blueberry and banana so I always have that , I'll add kale or spinach with some apple and carrot. ( sometimes ginger!! I don't like that one too much! Ahah ) I also love to add ground chia. It's sooo good for you and I love chia in everything! I even put ground chia or ground flax on my frozen Greek yogurt instead of graham cracker crumbs! I Can't even tell the difference! So to make it a smooth , I add coconut water with pulp so there are little chunks of coconut ! Yum!! These are great for pre or post workout! My mom usually has one green drink before our SoulCycle class, it really keeps you going! Don't mistake these drinks for juices though, by juicing you strain out all the important pulp and fibers in the veggies and are only left with the sugars. Don't get me wrong, I love having power shots that are lemon and ginger so don't completely cut out juices😉.  If you have a great green drink that you love, comment below! I'd love to try it!

Today In The Hills

Hi everyone xx!

Look how beautiful these stores are! I went shopping here with my sister! Its been raining and i cant get enough of it! YSL has so many beautiful pieces in their collection right now! There is the most amazing cheetah print cape! I'm just in love! I was looking at Celine handbags and i think i might get one! Micro, all black with silver hardware! I have the all black with bronze hardware but this one is super modern and sleek! You can never have too many handbags am i right?? aha! Anyway, I hope you have a great Friday. I think I'm going to check out a SoulCycle class tonight! First one! Cant promise I'll go for sure but I hope it works out!

I'm back!!

Hi everyone! So I haven't had any time to post since this past weekend ! I met with some new restaurants and people who are interested in my pastry business so I had to work with them! I also had so many orders for Valentine's Day! I'm so happy with the way things are going! I'm pretty sure I'm back on here for a while now. Haha! The weather has completely changed I guess we don't have winter anymore! Summer weather is here to stay! 💔 I think it's actually hotter than summer. Ugh! Anyway that reminds me the new 1975 album is coming out soon and I can't wait! I think I might buy their album on vinyl!! I have a record player and little collection of vinyls ! ok I'm heading to Beverly Hills for the day! More pics to come!

Interior Inspo

Hi hi! How's your day been!? I've been running errands all day getting ingredients and prepping for Valentine's Day desserts ❤️✨. I just made ANOTHER almond cake! Ahah! They are sooo popular ! I'm going to be bringing it to a dinner tasting tonight, at a new restaurant that might be interested in having my desserts! Yay!! I'm going to take some new photos towards the end of the week! New content is always exciting! The photos I posted today are from a meeting I went to ! It's such a nice office space and I toatlly wouldn't mind being in there all day! I think the ring lights are my favorite! On a side note, I've been wanting to go  to the LACMA rain room exihbit! It looks so nice especially because Southern California doesn't get hardly any rain! 💔  Anyway,, I'm going to get ready for the dinner tonight! Enjoy your evening!

Lakeside

Hiii! I just love being by the lake! It's so peaceful. I feel so comfortable being around nature, seeing cute little birds and squirrels 🙈. There is a trail that goes all the way around the lake so that's usually where we walk. Being in the city all the time makes you really appreciate nature parks and lakes . I like to keep my phone in the car and just enjoy being outside. If I want to take pictures, I'll bring my film camera or my digital. I hope your day is full of adventure and love!

How Pretty Is This

Hey everyone! Over the weekend I went to this cookie and sweets convention! It wasn't what I was expecting at all! There were a lot of booths you could get samples from like  newer companies and gluten free options! I found this cake on my way out ! I think it was the prettiest cake in the whole convention! It's Alice and wonderland themed ! One of my favorites!! The little rabbit at the top of the cake was the cutest little guy ever! Ahah! I was talking to the lady who made it and she said it took a whole week to put it together! So pretty! I hope you all have had a great Monday ! Talk tomorrow!

Moonlit Reflections

Yesterday we had a photoshoot for some really exciting things coming up! I can't wait for you to see!  The weather is already getting so hot ! Ugh I wish it would stay cold outside for at least a minute! Aha! I got my nails done! I wanted a Barbie and chocolate theme for Valentine's Day and I think it turned out pretty cute! Exclusive Lunch Meeting

Heey! I went down to San Diego today for a meeting. We had the most delicious lunch. It's funny because I had no idea they were going to cook this lunch for us but it definitely was a nice surprise! Our chefs name was Michael. I was telling him about how much I love baking and he told me he wanted to do some type of chef throw down! Ahah ! So we're going to plan that and it's going to be filmed and published! The meeting went well and the venue was so beautiful!  I heard this week is supposed to be really hot 😅 I think it said its going to be in the 70s and 80s🙃. I guess it will be a pool week for me! What is winter anyway ahah! 💔 We're going to grab some dinner now. Have a great night !!

China Town

Hi cuties!

Ok now I won't skip a post! I'm back home now! Yesterday we were traveling back home and I didn't have any wifi to post. Anyway, We went to china town on our last day in san francisco! I couldn't believe all the fresh fruit they had! It was so beautiful! :*) The streets were packed with people and there were so many different smells haha! I had been to china town a few years ago and there was this one store we absolutely loved! I couldn't believe we found it because all the shops look the same. When we went in, there were so many colorful chinese robes and clothes. My sister was so in love with them she got one! aha! I am definitely missing san fran already! All the restaurants, rail cars, and shops were so nice, I can't wait to go back!

San Fran Rail Car

Hii cuties !  

I had such a great day out and about today in San Francisco! We took the original rail cars around town ! It made me feel like a local and a little less touristy , standing on the side of the rail car, while heading to our destination;) . We took it to union square to look at all the pretty stores and got some lunch at this Italian restaurant ( it actually wasn't that good oops😳😅) ahah ! We pretty much made a day out at Union Square but in our way back we walked through fishermans wharf! There was this band of street preformers who were playing steel drums ! They were so amazing ! One of the drummers  was pretty cool, he asked me if I wanted to try playing the steel drum and I did it of course! I think I sounded pretty good but I don't think I'll be playing a Bob Marley song anytime soon hahah! Alright, well I'm getting really sleepy! Had a long and adventure filled day! Sweet dreams loves !
