So this is what I've been making at the restaurant lately. It's becoming really popular, the costumers really love it ! I usually sell around 40 plates of 2 - 4 cookies a night! Pretty good right? ;) I don't usually like Carmel but this sauce is so perfect! Apparently the only Carmel I like is the one I make 🤗. I'm starting to work on plated desserts for Valentine's Day.. Crazy right?! I started today and am doing a few different designs tomorrow . Can't wait to see how it comes out. I just found out I have a Pinterest account and am now just scrolling around on it!
