Interior Inspo

Hi hi! How's your day been!? I've been running errands all day getting ingredients and prepping for Valentine's Day desserts ❤️✨. I just made ANOTHER almond cake! Ahah! They are sooo popular ! I'm going to be bringing it to a dinner tasting tonight, at a new restaurant that might be interested in having my desserts! Yay!! I'm going to take some new photos towards the end of the week! New content is always exciting! The photos I posted today are from a meeting I went to ! It's such a nice office space and I toatlly wouldn't mind being in there all day! I think the ring lights are my favorite! On a side note, I've been wanting to go  to the LACMA rain room exihbit! It looks so nice especially because Southern California doesn't get hardly any rain! 💔  Anyway,, I'm going to get ready for the dinner tonight! Enjoy your evening!

How Pretty Is This

Hey everyone! Over the weekend I went to this cookie and sweets convention! It wasn't what I was expecting at all! There were a lot of booths you could get samples from like  newer companies and gluten free options! I found this cake on my way out ! I think it was the prettiest cake in the whole convention! It's Alice and wonderland themed ! One of my favorites!! The little rabbit at the top of the cake was the cutest little guy ever! Ahah! I was talking to the lady who made it and she said it took a whole week to put it together! So pretty! I hope you all have had a great Monday ! Talk tomorrow!

Raspberry-lychee Dessert

Hi ! So this is something I've been working on for the past week or so. After a lot of thought and creative ideas, this is what I've come up with ! Olive oil cake, raspberry-lychee gelee, white chocolate chontilly and edible flowers and mint leaves. I'm so proud of this dish and it can be served three different way which I think is cool and keeps it interesting for dinner service. Hopefully this will be one of my staple desserts ?!!
